At the heart of Safer’s real-world protection system lies our SecureHub network — strategically located physical safety pods designed to respond instantly during distress calls. These hubs are not just infrastructure — they’re lifelines.

Our Hubs

Our SecureHubs come in two distinct design styles and size configurations to suit various urban landscapes. Luxury Pods feature sculptural, iconic aesthetics ideal for high-footfall or premium neighborhoods, while Compact Pods offer a more minimal, space-efficient design for tighter city corners. Each pod comes in either a Single Seater (36 sq. ft.) or a Two Seater (60 sq. ft.) configuration, ensuring flexibility based on location and deployment needs.

Each SecureHub is equipped with a DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone mounted on top, housed in an auto-charging station for real-time aerial monitoring and rapid deployment during emergencies. Designed for 24/7 open access, the pods have no doors. Inside, every pod includes a comfortable cushioned sofa, laptop stand with charging station, an in-built fan for ventilation, UPS power backup to ensure functionality during outages, and a fully stocked emergency First Aid Kit for immediate medical help.

These hubs are manned by a highly trained Ground Support Team comprising ex-servicemen and licensed professionals, equipped with licensed firearms and authorized by local police and municipal bodies for work as personal security when needed. They are skilled in de-escalation, rescue protocols, and tactical intervention, ensuring swift and effective on-ground response during any emergency.

Strategic, Prompt Response

Safer SecureHubs are strategically located across high-footfall and transit-sensitive zones—metro station parking lots, bus stops, private parking areas, and key public spaces. This deliberate placement ensures our ground teams can respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies when every second matters.

Seamless Escalation Support

Our ground responders are in constant communication with our central control and escalation team, allowing real-time coordination. When necessary, incidents are escalated to local law enforcement or emergency services, ensuring full-scale support without delay.

Professionally Trained Staff

Each SecureHub is staffed with licensed security professionals trained in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and emergency support. These individuals operate not only as first responders but as empathetic problem solvers, working in unison to deliver calm, clear-headed assistance when it's needed most.

Absolute Confidentiality

At Safer, privacy is non-negotiable. Every distress case and support action taken is handled with utmost confidentiality. Your identity, details, and situation are protected at every step—with protocols in place to guarantee discretion, trust, and safety.

Our secure hubs are not just a marketing gimmick; they are an integral part of Safer, designed to instill a sense of security, confidence, and trust.

Our Response Team

Safer's ground team

At Safer, we believe true safety is built on trust, training, and real-world readiness. That’s why our Ground Support Team is composed of retired servicemen from the military, air force, and navy — professionals who typically retire by the age of 30–35 depending on their cadre. Rather than redirecting their skills into generic security roles or staying idle, we retrain and repurpose their discipline and experience for a higher mission: women’s safety and rapid emergency response.

Each team member is carefully vetted and trained in Safer’s unique response protocols, including tactical intervention, de-escalation, and emotional sensitivity. They are stationed across our SecureHub network and remain on active standby.

To ensure accountability and transparency:

  • Every responder wears a uniform-mounted body camera, which live-streams during every SOS deployment to our central control room.

  • Many of our officers are licensed to carry firearms, used strictly under legal guidelines in high-threat situations to protect the individual in distress.

At every moment, our ground team stands as the frontline — experienced, equipped, and committed to responding when it matters most.
