The Silent Virus
India till date has witnessed 1.6 million rape cases on record starting from 16 year old Mathura in 1972 to the Pune rape case on 3rd July 2025, and about twice this number go unreported and silent. If nearly 2 million rapes, 10 million crimes against women, and loss of half a million lives don't seem serious enough to be solved, we must be ashamed.

Change is not instant, but inevitable.
Safer is out with one mission, we make India safer for every woman.

At Safer, we believe that safety is not a feature — it's a fundamental right. While most platforms offer virtual alerts, tracking tools, or reactive support, we are building something far more urgent and human: a real-world intervention network that shows up when it counts. We are here to change the way India thinks about women’s safety — not with slogans, but with trained ground responders, SecureHub safety pods, live drone surveillance, and a 24/7 support infrastructure that’s built to act, not just observe.

Why We Exist
Every day, women across cities navigate public spaces with an unspoken fear — of being followed, harassed, or left unheard in moments of distress. This fear should never be normalized. And yet, the current solutions stop at alerts, location sharing, or passive monitoring. They inform — but they do not intervene. Safer was created to intervene.

What We’re Building
We are creating an urban safety grid that combines:
-
Strategically placed SecureHubs — always-staffed physical pods for immediate, in-person support.
-
Ex-servicemen-led ground teams — trained responders equipped to de-escalate, defend, and document.
-
Drone-assisted surveillance — for real-time visibility during active distress situations.
-
Centralized command & escalation systems — that coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
-
Privacy-first protocols — because safety should never come at the cost of dignity.

Our Impact Begins With Presence
We don’t just promise help. We place it physically within reach — at metro stations, bus stops, public parks, university zones, and late-night transit points. Every hub is a signal: You are not alone. Help is here. Now.
